full-time. What you will do: Be a part of a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families from a strengths perspective and informed by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Triage calls from families receiving services and connect them to team members who can respond to them. Provide support to Wayside's Executive Leadership team. Provide a warm, calm presence for families in crisis as you connect them with staff. Data collection and reporting. Provide administrative support, including managing and maintaining files, copying, faxing and routing of information appropriately. Manage the monthly calendar. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to multi-task An ability to connect with others and approachability. An ability to see what needs to be done to keep the office running and then go get it done. MinimumRequirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Preference for: One year of general office/secretarial experience. Ability to work with youth with extensive behavioral care needs. Experience with Electronic Medical Records and data tracking and ability to read data reports. Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole.
