This is an on-site position, and candidates must be willing to work from our office location. Position Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in requirement gathering, process documentation, and assisting in workflow automation. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in SaaS-based HRTech, Payroll, or FinTech companies. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Work with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to define and document business requirements. Conduct gap analysis and define as-is vs. to-be processes to identify improvements. Translate business needs into **user stories, workflows, and functional requirements. Feature Roadmap & Execution
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product features. Support UI/UX teams in designing user-friendly workflows and interfaces. AI-Driven Automation & Data Insights (Preferred)
Assist in implementing AI-driven automation features to streamline workflows (preferred but not mandatory). Work with data insights to support decision-making and reporting. Testing & Quality Assurance
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product functionalities. Identify and document issues, working with developers to resolve them. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation
Act as a liaison between business teams, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure smooth product execution. Create and maintain internal documentation for newly implemented features and processes. Critical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in SaaS-based HRTech, US Payroll, or FinTech companies. Basic familiarity with AI-driven automation (preferred). Strong understanding of business process automation, API integrations, and workflow optimization Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
