We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Designer to lead and support high-impact design projects across various platforms. This role calls for a strategic thinker with a strong visual sensibility, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for delivering design solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident taking projects from concept to execution.
Position Responsibilities
Creative Direction Develop and execute compelling design concepts for digital, print, and branding projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into effective visual communications Lead design reviews and provide guidance to junior designers Project Leadership Manage multiple design projects and timelines while maintaining quality and consistency Ensure all creative work meets brand standards and client expectations Present design strategies and solutions to stakeholders Production Oversight Oversee final file preparation for print and digital output Work with vendors and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Maintain organized files and assets throughout the design process Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 5+ years of professional design experience Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) UX/UI Design Certifications Creative Direction or Brand Strategy Training What the Role Offers
