Manager, Content Production
and is based remote anywhere within the United States. Duties: Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement across platforms. Engage with TR’s online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in alignment with brand voice and guidelines. Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and reach. Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with brand campaigns and key initiatives. Identify and engage social influencers, media, and partners, strengthening TR’s digital presence. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to enhance strategy. Support crisis communications and rapid-response messaging as needed. Education and Background: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field; or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, nonprofit, or organization Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms Proven ability to analyze social media performance and make data-driven recommendations Strong writing and communication skills, with experience adapting content for different platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Special Requirements: This is a full-time ;
