Position Summary:
We are seeking a
Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultant
with a strong foundation in supply chain operations and WMS implementations. While prior experience with
Deposco WMS
is a
nice to have , candidates with experience in
other WMS platforms
(e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump, SAP EWM, etc.) and a solid understanding of warehouse processes are welcome to apply. Training on
Deposco-specific functionalities
will be provided for suitable candidates. This role requires a blend of
technical aptitude and functional knowledge
to implement, configure, and support WMS solutions tailored to our clients' business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support WMS implementation and configuration projects, with a focus on Deposco. Understand and analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to design appropriate WMS solutions. Configure core WMS modules (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping, etc.). Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop custom logic using Deposco’s configuration and extensibility tools. Support API testing using tools such as
Postman
and manage system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems. Write, review, and optimize SQL queries within relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL). Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve functional and technical problems. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical designs, test plans, and configuration records. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience
in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems. Strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform (Deposco experience is
preferred but not mandatory ). Understanding of warehouse operations and workflows (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, etc.). Solid problem-solving and debugging skills. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. Experience with API testing tools and system integrations. Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Preferred / Nice to Have: Prior experience with Deposco WMS
and its configuration tools. Experience integrating WMS with
Goods-to-Person ,
AS/RS , or other automation technologies. Exposure to OMS, TMS, or EDI messaging standards. Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments. Note: We are open to candidates from
