JOB OVERVIEW This role supports the daily maintenance and event needs of our church facility with a strong work ethic, a servant-hearted mindset, and hands-on skills to help keep our building running smoothly and our events set for success. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Maintenance & Repair Complete basic maintenance work orders (light plumbing, electrical, or mechanical) Perform building checks and monitor general upkeep Assist with projects like paint touch ups, filter changes, replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles Support preventative maintenance and building optimization efforts Groundskeeping Maintain a welcoming curb appeal in collaboration with our groundskeeping company Monitor for pest issues Reset outdoor furniture and signage to maintain a welcoming appearance Assist with seasonal upkeep (salting sidewalks, refreshing mulch, planting seasonal color) Monitor and care for golf carts Event and Room Set Up Set up and reset rooms for internal ministry events Ensure rooms are tidy, welcoming, and set according to planograms Occasionally support custodial or logistic needs tied to event execution
