detail-oriented and fast-paced Scheduler
who thrives on staying organized and solving problems — and who can juggle phone calls, texts, emails, and scheduling software without missing a beat. What You’ll Do: Coordinate daily and weekly caregiver schedules Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and personality fit Respond quickly to last-minute changes and open shifts Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families across multiple platforms Keep our systems updated and accurate in real time

email, text, CRM, etc.) Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless care delivery What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of scheduling, staffing, or administrative experience (home care a plus!)
