Job Description Description: We are seeking a friendly, bilingual, organized, and reliable Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our parish office. As the first point of contact for parishioners and visitors, this role is vital to the welcoming spirit of our parish and supports the mission of the Church through responsible stewardship of resources.

Key Responsibilities: · Welcome visitors, answer phones, and respond to emails in English and Spanish · Maintain parish records and calendars · Track contributions and handle simple bookkeeping (invoices, deposits, reports) · Prepare bulletins and coordinate parish communications · Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties · Support clergy and staff with administrative tasks · Maintain confidentiality at all times Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment · Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish. · Experience in bookkeeping or parish office work is a plus · Practicing Catholic is preferred.
