A key role within the Maintenance team, this hands-on position is ideal for someone who excels at troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial machinery. You’ll play a vital part in reducing equipment downtime and keeping production running smoothly by diagnosing and resolving issues with molding machines and other equipment.
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in industrial maintenance, particularly with hydraulic systems. Welding, fabricating, and mechanical skills are a plus. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership to prioritize maintenance projects Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform routine equipment maintenance and emergency repairs Support installation of new machinery and systems Execute preventative maintenance tasks Provide updates on progress and completion of repairs and projects What You’ll Bring:
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; hydraulic schematics a plus Proven experience with industrial equipment repair and maintenance Skilled at shifting between multiple tasks efficiently Able to work independently with minimal supervision Self-driven, organized, and dependable Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional overtime or on-call work may be required #INDSXF
