Job Description Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. has a proud and lengthy history of delivering innovative, challenging, and complex projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Monitor and enforce all railroad MaintenanceofWay (MOW), RWP, and Track Maintenance operating and safety rules manuals. Verify subcontractor badging/training, and perform periodic field compliance checkpoints (badging, CBUD, PPP, etc.). Act as day-to-day liaison with UPRR, BNSF, and SJVRR:

Schedule, attend, and document pre-construction, field, utility/Jack&Bore, meterrelocation, flagger/Form B, and weekly progress meetings. Prepare agendas/minutes and issue required 10-day (UPRR) and 30-day (BNSF) notifications. Lead Railroad Utility FieldCoordination meetings; interface with Segment Managers, thirdparty coordinators, and field staff on utility interfaces and crossingequipment needs.

Meet daily with contractors to confirm work sites requiring railroad protection, submit daily summaries to the railroads, and assist with meter interfaces. Monitor construction priorities, troubleshoot field issues, and develop mitigation plans; support the Railroad Manager with white papers, agreements, letters, and exhibits. Assist in managing BNSF/UPRR railteam schedules and coordinating relocation checklists and nextutility planning. Perform QA/QC reviews of outgoing work plans, construction schedules, and TPZP daily reports; develop methodologies to improve delivery. Prepare draft correspondence, utilityschedule checklists, and daily activity reports; maintain document control and distribution. Conduct fieldverification visits and provide up-to-date utilityrelocation information to third-party coordinators. Attend all railteam meetings and perform other duties as required.

Preferred

Experience/Education

B.S. in Construction Management or related field. 2 years of

heavycivil/constructionmanagement

experience (rail preferred). Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; must thrive in a team environment and be a self-starter with solid problem-solving ability. Working knowledge of MS Office, Bluebeam (PDF), and scheduling software/concepts; ability to interpret civil engineering drawings/designs. Familiarity with Title 49 CFR 243 (Operations/Safety Rules) and CFR 213 Tier 1 (Track Safety Standards); Railroad Certified Safety Professional credentials desirable.
