POSITION SUMMARY: The Scheduling Coordinator must efficiently manage processed orders and prepare them for the production floor and delivery.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Check emails and Microsoft Teams for messages, order changes, and cancellations. Update notes for new and completed orders. · Pull, save, and print daily door and kit paperwork from QEC. · Organize build paperwork properly based on priority and production type. · Sort, staple, and file paperwork printed from QEC. Disperse any date changes and rushes to the production floor. · Print and reprint paperwork and labels needed by production floor and shipping department. · Provide the supervisor and lead with door manifests for current days build and past dues. · Provide the shipping supervisor with current days shipping manifests deliveries and past dues. · Collect and submit all signed load sheets from the previous day’s deliveries, invoice for billing, complete and upload billing report for the previous day to CSP drive. · Update CRL orders with correct PO numbers for parts orders. · Scan documents into document management systems or databases. · Check completed work for accuracy. · Cross-train in other office positions to support overall efficiency as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED: · High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, and Outlook. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong attention to detail and established procedures. · Ability to investigate issues and use critical thinking skills to resolve problems. · Familiar with Oracle NetSuite operating systems or similar software. · Experience with CAD software or the ability to learn new software as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires extended periods of sitting. Works primarily indoors but not limited. Exposure to possible glass break when in the distribution areas. PPE required when in manufacturing areas.
