Summary

we are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Assistant to join us in supporting our employees and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

Responsible for Full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all employees. Employee Records Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Generate regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and headcount, to support strategic decision-making. Benefits Administration

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and assist with problem resolution. Payroll

Take ownership of preparation and processing of the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Input and maintain employee payroll information, including time records, deductions, and tax withholdings. Work closely with department heads to collect and verify employee timecards or attendance records. Address discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of timekeeping issues. Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries. Provide timely and accurate information on matters related to pay, deductions, and tax withholdings. Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll files and documentation. Archive payroll records in accordance with company policies. Administrative Support

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining departmental documentation. Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Assistant for at least 2 years. 1+ years full cycle recruiting and payroll processing experience is required. Strong knowledge of HR practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software. (ADP experience is strongly desired) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Schedule:
