You'll work alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapists to help patients meet recovery goals and transition to greater independence.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation settingMonitor patient progress and assist with daily mobility and therapy routinesAdminister medications and manage wound care, catheters, and IVsEducate patients and families on home care and recovery planningCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized rehab plansDocument care and communicate effectively across shiftsRequirements:Active RN license (Compact license preferred)BLS certification requiredMinimum 1 year of recent Rehab or Med Surg nursing experienceStrong clinical skills and patient motivation techniquesExcellent communication and documentation skillsAt ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
