FT/PT Hours: Flexible Schedules; Monday through Friday Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: Varies Sign-On Bonus: $25000 Compensation: The current salary range for this position is $234,935.20 (min), $293,669.00 (mid), to $352,402.80.(max). The annual base salary range provided for this position is a statewide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the state. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Also available is a sign-on/retention bonus up to $25,000. Benefits: - Health, Dental and Vision- 403B access- Comprehensive malpractice coverage included.- CME time off- State licenses and professional fees reimbursement- Generous PTO time in additional to federal holidays and applicant's birthday- NHSC Student Loan Repayment, if eligible Additional Info: Join our team-based model of care delivered in a kind and compassionate manner.Responsibilities: - Provides direct health care to patients, ages 16 and up, presenting for care.- Provides or directly oversees gynecology services- Provides or directly oversees prenatal services for low and high-risk pregnant patients.- Participate in Medical Staff Meetings and on Optimus committees.- Pursue continuing medical education opportunities to update medical knowledge and assure quality patient care.- Work with Teams, Outreach Workers and with other Department's staff to facilitate efforts inproviding quality patient care.Required:- Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School. - Documented completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology. - Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. - Board Eligible accepted for new graduates- Current Connecticut licensure
