We are looking for skilled CONTRACT mobile phlebotomists to collect samples from patients in their homes or workplaces through nasal swabs or venipuncture. This role involves drawing samples for blood-based tests that utilize genomics and proteomics to reveal individualized tumor biology insights. COVID-19 testing will be conducted for asymptomatic individuals or those who have recovered from the virus. Comprehensive virtual training will be provided for all sample types and kits. IMPORTANT NOTE:

This is a contract position, and payment will be processed within 30 days of invoice submission. EQUIPMENT:

We provide all necessary kits and draw supplies (needles, tourniquets, tubes, etc.). Candidates must have reliable transportation, as sample collection takes place at the patient's home or workplace. You will need to supply your own gloves and sharps container and ensure access to appropriate disposal services. Access to a smartphone, computer/laptop, and printer is required to manage orders and print documents, as well as a systematic process for handling and disposing of Protected Health Information (PHI). RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact each patient within 24 hours of receiving an order. Efficiently schedule appointments (within a 1 to 3 day timeframe). Maintain communication with the office regarding scheduling, patient issues, or complications during draws. Conduct specimen collection according to kit instructions meticulously to guarantee accurate testing. Package and ship samples on the same day using the FedEx materials provided by the company. Invoice promptly for draws to facilitate timely payment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must have excellent phlebotomy skills, including venipuncture, with at least one full year of experience within the last three calendar years. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and issue reporting. Candidates should demonstrate compassion and understanding, especially towards patients who may be physically and emotionally vulnerable due to illness. We value exceptional judgment, adherence to procedures, organization in scheduling, and effective time management skills to ensure timely draws. Technical proficiency in electronic communication is also essential.
