We also have a referral program so bring a friend!NEW LEADERSHIP TEAM AND GREAT CHANGES!!Provide routine care, observe residents' health, assist doctors, and communicate instructions to residentss regarding medication, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changes.Job Responsibilities:Help implement and evaluate care plans for individual care of each resident.Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.Receive, transcribe, and implement physician's orders in a timely manner.Reports required condition changes, events to appropriate parties.Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.Monitors infection control compliance.Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.Record a resident's medical history accuratelyTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.Monitor residents' condition including fluid intake and output and compose residents' chartsAssist ailing residents in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasksCollect samples for lab testing as assignedProvide emotional and psychological support when neededCommunicate with residents' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructionsJob requirements:Proven experience as LPN or similar roleAbility to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and proceduresUnderstanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practicesExcellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminologyGood knowledge of MS Office and data entryPerfect physical condition and staminaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and able to handle stressSuccessful completion of LPN license program is a must
