Physical Therapist Assistant Position Overview:
We are looking for a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic outpatient care team. In this role, you'll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to carry out customized treatment plans, encourage patient progress, and support recovery goals across a wide range of conditions.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities: Administer active and passive therapeutic exercises, massage, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, hot/cold packs, and other modalities Apply traction to help relieve neck and back pain Assist patients with functional training including pre-ambulation, transfers, mobility, and daily living tasks Monitor patient responses to treatments and report progress to the supervising PT Support fitting and training for orthopedic braces, prosthetics, and assistive devices Safely transport, position, and secure patients on therapy equipment Record equipment use and maintain safe, effective operation of all modalities Communicate regularly with PTs and healthcare team to modify and coordinate treatment plans Physical Therapist Assistant Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Licensed PTA in the state of Washington (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience in outpatient or clinical rehab settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and EMR systems Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask with enthusiasm Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care Willing to travel between nearby office locations if needed Physical Therapist Assistant Physical Requirements:
