We are currently seeking four skilled Nurse Practitioners to join our Neonatology team at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of infants and their families. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to neonatal patients in collaboration with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop and implement treatment plans Educate patients and families on neonatal care best practices and provide support Participate in rounds, conferences, and departmental meetings Maintain accurate and complete patient records Qualifications:
Current valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona (or willing to get) Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Prior experience in neonatology or a related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Benefits:
