Transform lives. Start your adventure with E-Therapy today! Position Overview: E-Therapy is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team. You will be instrumental in providing speech and language therapy services to PreK-12 students, helping them develop essential communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop tailored therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and individual student needs. Deliver direct therapy services, focusing on articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and educational team members to support students' communication goals. Incorporate evidence-based techniques and engaging therapeutic activities into therapy sessions. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely fashion. Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights regarding students' speech and language needs. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Current ASHA certification required. Passionate about working with K-12 students. Experience in providing speech-language therapy in school or pediatric settings. Proficient in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric speech-language pathology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in teletherapy is preferred.
