Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,157 per week in Charleston, SC

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: South Carolina license preferred, pending applications accepted with proof Certifications: SCRQSA, ACLS, BLS (must be from the American Heart Association), CCI with RCIS/RCES preferred Must-Have: Clienttion badge provided by the agency Description: This position is for a Cath Lab Tech working 4x10 days. The shift is from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. On-call duty is required, with a commitment of 1-2 nights per week and one weekend every six weeks. Holiday call may also be required. Preferred case types include Right and Left Heart Cath Diagnostic, PCI, Complex PCI, CTO, ASA, PFO/ASD, MitralClip, Watchman, PTMV, TAVR, and Peripheral Vascular. The facility has five Cath lab rooms plus a Hybrid OR. Experience with various Cath lab procedures is essential. New graduates are accepted for this role. The candidate must have national certifications from recognized bodies. The position requires the use of a radiation badge. Travelers should be aware that emergency response assignments may occur during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. Candidates need to provide RTO details at the time of submission. Preference will be given to non-local candidates. Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Previous permanent staff must have been separated from the system for one year before returning in a traveler capacity. Compliance with pre-start requirements is necessary prior to reporting for duty.
