Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Full-Time | No Weekends | $20+/hr Location: Conway, AR Are you a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a full-time, weekday role in a supportive and fast-paced outpatient clinic? Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: Starting at $20/hour and up, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under supervision of physician or clinical supervisor Take and record vital signs and medical histories Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures Administer medications and vaccines as ordered Perform basic lab procedures, including drawing blood and collecting specimens Document patient information accurately in the EHR system Support front office tasks such as scheduling and managing patient records Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Comply with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations Qualifications: Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas (required) Working knowledge of clinical procedures and EHR systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality patient care Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monday through Friday schedule - no nights or weekends Stable, full-time position in an established medical clinic Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for ongoing training and career growth #IND
