$72,072.00 - $74,229.26 The Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues through compassion and effective communication. Job Responsibilities: Administers medications, starts IVs, conducts treatments, procedures, and special tests, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory policies. Coordinates and interprets diagnostic tests to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively. Evaluates patient needs and responses to the care provided, ensuring a patient-centered approach. Utilizes sound nursing judgment within patient care management to make informed decisions. Delivers comprehensive primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational health injuries and illnesses. Follows physician orders for administering over-the-counter and prescription medications. Collaborates with the nursing team to formulate individualized Care Plans for all patients. Guides and supports ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards. Job Requirements: Successful completion of a professional nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree. Valid and current NYS Registered Nurse license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained and maintained. Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills. Familiarity with quality improvement concepts and effective application in patient care settings. Salary Range:
