What You'll Do
Deliver evidence-based ADL training, therapeutic exercise, and adaptive-equipment education under the supervision of a licensed OT. Assist with evaluating, progressing, and documenting personalized care plans for geriatric, post-surgical, orthopedic, and neurological patients. Educate patients - and staff when appropriate -on safe transfers, fall-prevention, and self-management strategies. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by following security and infection-control protocols and ensuring equipment is in top condition. Communicate progress and changes promptly to the OT and wider care team to keep treatment plans current and effective. Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Accredited OTA degree
and active (or eligible)
Ohio OTA license
with NBCOT certification. Experience-or a strong interest-in skilled-nursing, geriatric, or inpatient rehab settings. Ability to work confidently and independently while staying closely aligned with your supervising OT. Clear, compassionate communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Pay Range
USD $35.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
