to join an
acute/academic medical center
in Syracuse, NY. This role involves providing expert nutritional care in an inpatient/critical care setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
nutritional assessments
and develop individualized care plans. Provide
medical nutrition therapy
for acute/critical care patients. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Educate patients, families, and staff on
therapeutic diets and nutrition support . Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies. Requirements Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. Licensure:
Must hold (or be eligible for)
New York State Certified Dietitian–Nutritionist (CDN)
credential. Certification:
Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)
required. Experience:
Minimum
2 years
in an
inpatient/critical care
setting. Technical Skills:
Strong clinical nutrition assessment and intervention skills. Soft Skills:
Excellent
communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making
