Shifts: 3-5 Day work week (flexible)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. The DDS will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing routine dental procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose dental conditions using appropriate testing and diagnostic tools (X-rays, etc.) Perform general dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and preventive care Develop and implement individualized dental treatment plans Administer anesthetics and perform surgical procedures when necessary Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure excellent patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient records Comply with all safety, health, and infection control protocols Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active state dental license in good standing Minimum experience of Residency completed or 1-2 years of clinical experience Experience required -Comfortable with bread and butter dentistry 35% of collections (based on experience) CPR/BLS certification
