Position: Dental Assistant - new grads welcome! OR, Registered Dental Assistant, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $18-24
Schedule: Monday 7:40am-5:30pm Tuesday 7:40am-5:30pm Wednesday 7:40am-5:30pm Thursday 7:40am-5:30pm Friday: 7:40am-5:30pm *4 Day work week, with rotating Mondays & Fridays off.

We are a Patient-focused General Dentistry practice with a strong emphasis on Same-day Crowns, Implants, and Cosmetics. Our office is equipped with the latest technology - including in-office scanning, milling, and design, digital x-rays, and CBCT. We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic RDA to join our exceptional team.

Responsibilities
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room. Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient. Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience. Actively monitor lab materials and supplies. Develop a relationship with the patient. Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed. Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs. Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team. Qualifications
New grads welcome - OR 1+ years as an RDA High school diploma or GED. Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
