Interventional Pain Physiatrist

candidates only Qualifications: Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain with experience performing fluoroscopically guided spinal and pain procedures. Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible. State of Michigan license required at time of employment DEA license BLS certification and maintain recertification.
