is on the lookout for a passionate, motivated

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

to join our growing team! This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to split your time between two excellent locations: Cascades at St. Anne

- a respected skilled nursing facility in Seattle Edmonds Landing

- a beautiful assisted living community in Edmonds

What You'll Do:

Provide thoughtful, hands-on therapy to a diverse geriatric population

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress

Treat patients in both

SNF

and

assisted living

environments

Use your skills to promote ADL independence and functional mobility

Occasionally work with clinically complex cases and all types of transfers

Get support through ongoing

competency training

if needed!

What You Bring:

Current Washington State

OTA license

in good standing

Associate degree

from an accredited program

A love for working with seniors and helping them thrive

Self-starter mentality and strong organizational skills

SNF experience is preferred, but not required-we welcome passionate new grads too!
