We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytical Specialist to join our team, supporting advanced materials characterization and sample preparation workflows. The successful candidate will operate state-of-the-art instrumentation, contribute to the development of analytical methods, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality data and insights for semiconductor device analysis.Key Responsibilities:Operate dual beam Focused Ion Beam (FIB) systems to prepare TEM samples and perform Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) analysis, ensuring cycle-time targets are met.Conduct pre-treatment of samples for FIB liftout, including identifying areas of interest, cleaving, cleaning, and coating.Continuously improve existing TEM sample preparation methods and develop new techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.Collect, organize, and report analytical data to internal and external customers in a clear and timely manner.Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative analytical methods and techniques.Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization in accordance with 6S housekeeping standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.Programming skills are a plus.Familiarity with semiconductor materials and processing is advantageous.Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field is preferred but not required.Minimum of 3 years' experience in TEM sample preparation for semiconductor devices and materials is highly desirable.Apply today to be part of what's next.We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
