Schedule consists of 5 x 8 variable hours between 06:00 - 19:00. No weekend shifts required. No call required. Floating within the facility or scope of practice may be necessary as needed. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If the clinical screen is passed and aligns with guidelines, candidates will be forwarded for a final decision. Maximum 7 days of requested time off is allowed. If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work. If two major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work both. If three major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Years Eve/New Years Day. Full compliance is required to start on time; any delays may push back the orientation schedule. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. If a return traveler is unable to return to one facility, they must complete a successful assignment elsewhere before rebooking. Modules are non-billable and will be completed during the orientation.
