This role involves traveling between locations, providing variety in work environment and team interactions. You will perform routine duties within the limits of documented training for emergency department patients. Responsibilities Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and aesthetic environment using critical thinking skills Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care according to hospital policies and protocols Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and reduce costs Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting patient dignity and autonomy from diverse backgrounds Requirements Washington State CNA or NA-R license Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist certification (MA-P) or eligibility, with completion within 60 days and application within 7 days of education Current Health Care Provider BLS certification Experience as CNA, NA-R, corpsman, EMT, or phlebotomist in emergency or acute care within the last three years Valid Washington driver's license and a safe driving record Our Values As a MultiCare employee, you will embody our core values: Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, and Kindness.
