Join a dynamic partnership to establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program . This full-time, 100% clinical role offers the opportunity for leadership, teaching, and program development in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and establish a new vascular surgery program
Perform advanced vascular procedures (open and endovascular), including:
Abdominal/thoracic aneurysmal disease
Carotid artery disease
Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage
Hemodialysis access
Provide comprehensive vascular care including non-surgical management
Weekly Schedule:
2 clinic days
3 procedural/surgical days
Take 10 night/weekend call shifts per month (not including daytime coverage)
Call shared with a PRN vascular surgeon, vascular APP, and phone support from an academic partner
Supervise APPs delivering vascular care
Collaborate with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties
Participate in ongoing program development including:
Additional vascular surgeon & APP recruitment (by 2027)
Transition to hybrid OR (by 2027)
Educate and counsel patients and families
Precept medical students, residents, fellows, and allied health professionals
Receive clinical faculty appointment (Assistant or Associate Professor) through a leading university
Community hospital setting with access to:
Cardiac and vascular services
Rehab and emergency care
On-site diagnostics and procedures include:
Stress testing, EKG, echocardiograms, TEE
Cardiac catheterization lab
Vascular testing, nuclear medicine
Cardiac rehabilitation
Base Salary :
$500,000 (0 3 years of experience)
$550,000 (4 6 years)
$600,000 (7+ years)
Bonus : Up to $75,000 annually (performance-based)
Sign-On Bonus : $50,000
Relocation Assistance : Up to $15,000
CME : $7,500 annually

Clinical Faculty Role through a top-tier academic institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery Required
