Opportunity: Board Certified - ENT
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced, board-certified Chief of ENT to lead a rapidly growing Otolaryngology Division in a full-time, direct-hire role. The position offers access to state-of-the-art facilities and the chance to guide a collaborative, patient-centered team in a scenic coastal location.
Job Details:
- Lead a high-performing ENT team with 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
- Provide comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Oversee OR and clinic schedules with block time as needed
- Participate in 6 weekday call shifts per month (weekends covered externally)
- Manage and enhance the division's referral network and ensure clinical excellence
- Work with advanced technologies, including multiple DaVinci XI robotic platforms
- Practice at facilities in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, and Galloway, NJ
- Support department growth and mentor clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with hospital and departmental quality standards
- Engage in strategic planning to expand ENT services
- Contribute to a patient-centered culture with a focus on innovation and collaboration
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additionally, the position offers a salary range of $399,806 - $759,565 annually (based on qualifications and experience), productivity bonus opportunities, annual bonus eligibility, annual stipend for Chief position, relocation reimbursement up to $10,000, $7,500 CME allowance with dedicated time, generous PTO package, comprehensive health benefits, and retirement plans with non-elective contributions.
