Practice Setting
- Hospital-based inpatient GI service
- APP on-site weekdays to assist with rounds and consults
- Procedures performed in the OR if needed on weekends
- No clinic responsibilities
Schedule
- 24-hour call during assignment
- 8-10 hours/day for consults, rounding, and procedures
- Lighter volume on weekends
- Summer and fall blocks still open; secure your preferred weeks
Cases and Procedures
- GI scopes and emergent procedures only
- 15-20 new consults daily
- No outpatient, clinic, or elective volume
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active South Carolina license required
- BLS and DEA required
Travel Accommodations
- Flights, rental car, lodging, and mileage fully covered
