Shared call 1:5, no trauma call
APP support in both clinics
Professional mentorship from existing providers

Full time Audiologist available at both clinic sites
Subspecialization Welcomed - Facial Plastics and Head Neck Fellowships would be very attractive to the community
Some teaching available - medical students and residents from Campus
