Well established Home Health Care company that's new to the Grand Rapids area.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate CNA, HHA? We are currently building a pool of candidates for Home Health Aides. The perfect candidate will be professional and compassionate to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to our patients in their home. This is a great opportunity to work with one patient at a time, and to gain experience and/or advance your career within the medical field, while having a flexible schedule. While working in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals Assist clients with errands and transportation as needed Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients Strong attention to detail in documenting medical records and observations Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures Ability to adapt to the specific needs of each client, including those with special needs or medical conditions Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Driver's License (Required) Personal Transportation (Required) Must Pass a Criminal Background Check (Required) Must be eligible to work in the United States (Required) Experience as a Home Health Aide or Care Giver (Preferred)
