Shift Details:
Primary Care Clinic Coverage
Clinic hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
No Call

Requirements:
Board Certification
License in AZ
Certifications: BLS

Assignment Details:
Practice EMR: Cerner
Credentialling Timeframe: 30 days
Average number of Adult patients - 90
Average number of Peds patients - 10
Average number of clinic patients per physician per day: 18-20 scheduled
Clinic outpatients only, no hospital coverage
May see same day acute/walk ins if schedule can accommodate
Combination of 15/30 patients (existing patients/new patients) appointment types.
Total number of patients seen daily would be around 21
Sample of the visit types are: AWV Medicare, FM Est Sick, FM Est Sick Complex, FM Est Well, FM Est Well Complex, Same Day Acute, TeleHealth Est Phone - done in office, TeleHelath Est Phone Complex - done in office, TeleHealth Est Video, TeleHealth Est Video Complex
