OB/GYN Laborist Physician Locums Job in Kentucky On Call Ongoing Beginning ASAP Assignment # 110062 Coverage Needed: On Call ongoing ASAP, weekend coverage Shift Description: In house call - stays at hospital unit and works a 24-hour shift Call response time required: 30 minutes Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible Licensed in Kentucky BLS and PALS certification Admissions required Must have clean background Required Skills: low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE), OB ultrasound (performance of, interpretation: Level 1/screening (viability) and Level 2/targeted (anatomic , Amniocentesis, Routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section), Complicated delivery (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC s), Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only- tubal ligation, LOA s, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic)- ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA s) Assignment Details: EMR: MediTech Practice Setting: Inpatient 2 Providers Requested Temporary privileges available, full credentialing: 60 days Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes Patients per shift: 8 Average number of deliveries per year: 900 Beds in Department: 23 Support staff: 2 RN, 1 MA PEDs Level: 2 Not required to supervise AP or Resident Department has 2 OR's for C-sections and emergencies Jackson and Coker offers: + Weekly Direct Deposit
