Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
Contract: December 2025 - February 2026 (FMLA Leave Coverage)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Position Details:
- Patient Population: 100% Adults
- Average Daily Volume: 15-18 patients
- Required Procedures: EMB, Colposcopy, IUD & Nexplanon Insertion
- EMR: EPIC
- Facility Type: Level 1 Trauma Center
- Overtime: Paid for patient care after scheduled shift
- Support Team: 2 APRNs, 2 RNs, 2-3 CMAs, Visiting Midwifery Services
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years of training, not failed boards)
- IL Medical License - Highly Preferred
- Will accept IMLC LOQ in hand
- Certifications: BLS - Required, DEA - Required
- Clean & Credential-Ready Candidates - Highly Preferred
- 2+ References ready at time of submission
