What You ll Be Doing:Provide expert care in a Level III NICU and newborn nursery
Work in a collaborative model with pediatric hospitalists
Handle 24/7 in-house NICU coverage and daytime nursery rounding
Attend high-risk deliveries and provide family-centered neonatal care
Participate in clinical quality improvement (CQI) and research projects
Be part of a national network of more than 400 NICUs under the umbrella
Team-Based Model : Join 3 other Neonatologists in a well-supported practice
Ideal Schedule : In-house day coverage and shared 24/7 coverage rotation
All Experience Levels Welcome : Perfect for new fellows or experienced neonatologists
