The ideal candidate will work Friday and Saturdays from 3-11p, providing essential nursing care to our residents and ensuring their well-being in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.- Assist with daily living activities and promote residents' independence and dignity.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.Skills and Qualifications:- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.- Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.We offer a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
