ReDiscover has two Opioid Treatment Programs that offer medication assisted treatment for individuals who have an opioid use disorder. We offer methadone and buprenorphine products in conjunction with counseling, groups, case management, mental health support and medication as well as nursing services to help support our clients in their journey of recovery. Our goal is to prevent overdose, reduce withdrawal symptoms, normalize brain chemistry, relieve physiological cravings, and assist clients in achieving the life goals they have set.

What You'll Do

Administer and dispense Methadone, Suboxone/Buprenorphine, and other MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) injections as directed. Perform observed Urine Drug Screens (UDS) and assist with specimen collection and testing. Assist with obtaining bloodwork for admissions and annual physicals. Provide accurate, timely documentation of all care, medication administration, patient interactions, and education. Offer patient education on medications, treatment plans, and health practices as needed. Collaborate with a treatment team, including the Program Manager, Medical Director, Counselors, Case Managers, Peer Specialists, and other nursing staff. Maintain compliance with clinical policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards. Requirements of the Position

Active, unrestricted Missouri LPN or RN license Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle (Preferred) 2+ years of nursing experience in a mental health setting Familiarity with mental illness and substance use disorders Strong communication and customer service skills Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and G-Suite) Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in a fast-paced, sometimes emotionally intense environment. Clinic Hours:Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm and rotating Saturday once a month - 8:00am to 12:00 noon
