Home Helpers of Bergen County is seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing team! Position Details:
Location: Various clients across Bergen County, NJ
Schedule: Morning shifts (4–6 hours), flexible availability
Pay: $18 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time
Job Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in client condition
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Current NJ CHHA license (required)
Reliable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
Experience with elderly or disabled clients preferred
Valid driver’s license and transportation is a plus
