Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient - Per Diem
Pay Rate $65.50

Responsibilities Duties
Evaluates all assigned patients, develops, and implements treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction
Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services
Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities
Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self
Participates in discharge planning including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment
Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required
Minimum 2 years acute care or Inpatient Rehabilitation experience required
Certified BLS from the American Heart Association

Rehabilitation Assistant/Nursing Assistant
Nurse
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Environmental Services
POETS are completed as part of the onboarding process-to be completed before an employee’s first day of work.
