Position Overview: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP meetings. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language abilities. Track and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide direct speech and language therapy to students using evidence-based practices. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Educate students, families, and school staff on strategies to improve communication skills. Work with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' educational programs. Requirements
Must hold or be eligible to apply for an ASHA certification. Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Georgia Speech Pathology license and teaching certification required. CFYs are encouraged to apply and will be considered (supervisor provided).
