Veterinary Receptionist (Client Services Representative)
to join our incredible team at our state-of-the-art
16,000 sq ft facility
located on the border of

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients and patients
in person, by phone, and email Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow Triaging medical questions and communicating with the veterinary team Managing check-ins, checkouts, and billing with accuracy Assisting with client communications, marketing, and general administrative support Keeping our front desk organized, polished, and client-ready What We're Looking For:
Veterinary reception or animal care experience preferred A strong communicator who is calm, clear, and compassionate Comfortable working in a high-energy environment with a positive attitude Excellent multitasking and time management skills A team player who is organized, dependable, and client-focused Inside Spot On Veterinary:
