Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure:

Design, deploy, troubleshoot and manage

AWS infrastructure,

ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost optimization.

Contribute to

Azure cloud deployments

and manage

multi-cloud environments

effectively.

Implement and support

hybrid-cloud solutions

to bridge on-prem and cloud infrastructures.

Complete understanding of

network/ vpn /firewall / Security Groups and logging .

On-Premises Data Centers

Support

on-premises servers i ncluding troubleshooting network connectivity in a hybrid cloud environment.

Should have a good knowledge of

Active Directory.

Develop strategies for

disaster recovery

and business continuity for on-prem systems to hybrid cloud.

Operating Systems:

Manage

Linux and Windows server

environments, ensuring smooth operations and security compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues efficiently.

Experience working with

Windows Clustering and SQL .

Automation and Monitoring

Develop automation scripts and tools for

infrastructure provisioning and management.

Implement proactive monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and up time.

Create detailed

dashboard

for monitoring.

Security and Compliance

Configure and manage

security groups, policies, and permissions in AWS and Azure

environments.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Collaboration and Documentation

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support application and database needs.

Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and incident resolutions comprehensively.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in managing AWS (minimum 70%) and Azure (minimum 30%) cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of on-prem data center infrastructure - including servers, networks, and storage.

Expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems.

Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python,Bash, PowerShell) for automation purposes.

Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps,Copilot, Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins is a plus.

Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
