As Senior Project Scheduler with ANE Consulting ( https://anenow.com/ ) you'll support the execution/delivery of design-build services for four new borough-based jails in NYC to replace Rikers Island.
HIGHLIGHTS
Perform schedule reviews, prepare bi-weekly/monthly schedule update analysis reports Develop/update/maintain schedules (cost/resource loaded) Analyze schedule impacts/recommend corrective actions, mitigate/avoid cost/schedule overruns Produce Progress Reviews: o Schedule Logic, Sequencing, Constraints
o Float assigned to activities in the schedule
o Cost, Resources, Earned Value
o Critical/Longest Path(s) & Near-Critical Path(s)
Monitor/review/report schedule status to Program Scheduler/Executives Develop "What-If" scenarios/mitigation/look-ahead schedules & time impact analysis Asses/evaluate all delays analysis/DB's claims Identify schedule issues/opportunities/corrective actions Present project in meetings as required REQUIREMENTS
Degree & 10+ year's planning/scheduling/project controls; with experience on multiple sides of the business (i.e., Consultant, Owner/Owner Rep, Architect, Contractor, Engineer) to include:
Field experience On-site office: 777 3rd Ave with occasional travel to facilities Institutional/vertical-high-rise construction (preference for detention facility projects Regular on-site walk-throughs Prepare/development of resource loaded Design/Construction Schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) Time Impact Analysis (TIA) expertise & Earned Value Analysis Primavera P6/MS Project/MS Office
