Job Summary:

The Project Manager (Repair & Refurbish) oversees the planning, execution, and completion of specific projects. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Project managers work with teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources Manage project activities, coordinate project team efforts, and track progress Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met Keep stakeholders informed about project status, challenges, and decisions Finalize project documentation, conduct post-project reviews, and celebrate success Track resource availability and usage - people, tools and materials Build and maintain relationships with all parties involved in the project Inspire, motivate, guide and support the project team to align and achieve common goals Education:

Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering or related field required

Experience:

5-7 years of project management and team leadership experience Project management experience in a repair and refurbish operation preferred Experience leading, inspiring and guiding project teams both large and small Demonstrated ability to prioritize and delegate project tasks, manage project scope, details, budgets, timelines, resources, workflows, deliverables and objectives Experience identifying, evaluating, escalating and mitigating risk and issues that could adversely affect a project Ability to effectively communicate with a project team and internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability adapting to changing circumstances and project needs
