Program Manager - ERP

at Insight, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing large-scale, high-complexity programs and projects. As a Program Manager, you will provide visible leadership and accountability, guiding project stakeholders and team members toward success while offering mentorship and coaching along the way. Whether working independently or collaborating with a team of talented project managers, you’ll demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and develop innovative solutions that drive our projects forward.

Please Note: This position requires working hybrid (3 days a week) onsite at our HQ in Chandler, AZ.

What You’ll Do at Insight

Lead with Impact : Dedicate 90% of your time to spearheading programs and projects, while also focusing 10% on your personal and team development.

Build Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Drive Communication : Organize project team status meetings and monthly updates to discuss program/project status, issues, risks, and progress.

Champion Best Practices : Collaborate with internal leadership to promote best practices, standards, and methodologies across the organization.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Utilize change management processes to enhance customer experiences and outcomes.

Resolve Challenges : Analyze and tackle escalated project issues that could impact deliverables, ensuring timely resolutions.

Coordinate Seamlessly : Oversee internal team activities to integrate deliverables smoothly and efficiently.

Lead and Inspire : Build and lead project teams in both virtual and matrix reporting structures, while mentoring other project managers and team members.

Embrace New Challenges : Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the PMO.

What You’ll Need to Join Insight

A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, along with ten years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

PMP Certification

is a must.

Active PMI membership is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.

Strong aptitude for problem-solving, organization, and accountability.

A flair for evaluating alternatives and making informed decisions.

Expertise in generating and managing detailed project plans.

Proficiency in managing project resources across multiple projects seamlessly.

A commitment to professionalism and trustworthiness.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

Enthusiasm for taking on responsibility and accountability.

Ability to run project update meetings with both functional and technical team members.

Exceptional customer relationship management skills, fostering seamless interactions across the organization.

Leadership qualities that motivate project team members to drive projects to successful conclusions.

Capability to bring order to unstructured environments, maturing programs to achieve desired outcomes.

Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business and technical documents.

Strong report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to respond to questions from managers, customers, and teammates.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Office, MS Teams, MS Project, MS Project Server, and SharePoint Portal.
